The noodles are cooked perfectly, and the generous serving of beef is braised till it's super tender and breaks apart easily. The soup base was tasty and beefy but didn't quite have the same complexity of flavour you get in Taiwan. Overall a great beef noodle soup worth going for. If they improve the soup base it'll be perfect."
